“Murmur of Yearning” was written in the valley of the San Juan Mountains of Colorado in May of 2017. The title comes from a Walt Whitman line that led me into conversation with the quiet longing we seem to face on this earth. There’s a whole lot of togetherness around that sentiment. This song didn’t really fit the narrative arc of the new record I’m working on, but I think the tune can really stand its ground by itself. I’m proud to present this one on its own platter. I hope it means something to you and brings a little light into this world.

We surely need it.

Thomas Csorba’s debut full length record, “From the Foxhole” is now available.
